Donations to Charitable Fund
and Official Tax Receipt
Benefit Trust Fund
Members can make donations to the RCMP Veterans’ Association Benefit Trust Fund
and get an official tax receipt from the National Treasurer.
As noted in our BOD Meeting Minutes of September,
The RCMP Veterans' Association Benefit Trust Fund is a Not for Profit Charitable Organization
Our treasurer stated that we are a Not for Profit Charitable Organization when it comes to the RCMP VA Benefit Trust Fund only.
If members wish to make a donation a tax receipt will be issued by the Treasurer and
the monies donated will be deposited into the RCMPVA BTF and
Revenue Canada stated these funds can only be used for the BTF.
