APPENDIX “A”:
Subject: Outstanding Replenishment Requests - RCMP BTF
I was reconciling the books, so decided to send you a report of the requests that are outstanding. I do this periodically in the event the RCMP sends out a cheque and it is lost in the mail and it does not come to anyone's attention for some period of time. I realize that it is RCMP BTF money that we hold for the Fund that is outstanding, but I am concerned in the event the Committee decides to not approve any of the payments listed.
