On behalf of the RCMP Veterans’ Association (RCMPVA), I once again congratulate you on becoming the 23rd, Commissioner of the RCMP, and it was indeed a pleasure to attend the Change of Command Ceremony in Ottawa, along with many other RCMP Veterans, to represent the RCMPVA and offer you are support.
I want to inform you that under our Constitution and By-Laws of the Association, you are now the Honourary President of the RCMPVA.
Our National Executive, Governors and some 30 Presidents of the RCMP Veterans’ Associations across Canada are ready and willing to continue and volunteer to assist the Force in any way we can.
