RE: NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2010

Pursuant to Section 111.2(1), please be advised that the Annual General Meeting for 2010 will be held in Regina, Saskatchewan on 2010.06.05.

The Board of Directors must receive before 15th January next:

1. A list of subjects they wish to place on the Agenda for the Annual General Meeting;

2. All Notices of Resolutions to be placed on the Agenda for the Annual General Meeting.

All resolutions submitted by Divisions before March 15st must be presented to the Annual General Meeting for consideration unless withdrawn by the sponsor.

Further correspondence will be forthcoming from the National Secretary concerning the Annual General Meeting in accordance with Section 111.2(2).
